Skydyne at Noble TR/EX ’24

The Skydyne Company had the opportunity to demonstrate its latest expeditionary and C2 equipment at Noble TR/EX ’24. Held at the Gaylord Convention Center in National Harbor Maryland, Noble TR/EX was both a training week and an vendor expo. Warfighter, federal law enforcement, and emergency service suppliers from around the country showcased their latest and greatest technologies and products.

For the Noble TR/EX ’24 expo, Skydyne presented its MultiMode collapsible storage containers, Komodo Monitor Stands, Komodo Monitor Cases, and Skydyne’s latest product: the Tactical Field Desk.

Skydyne Tactical Field Desks

This Tactical Field Desk is a mobile workstation for two people and includes 4 deployable monitors. Also, it includes 2 docking stations, an integrated power strip, HDMI and DisplayPort cables, mice, and keyboards. All computer/network hardware components on the Tactical Field Desk are Chess Program approved. Additionally, while at the show, Skydyne introduced its latest concept: the Tactical Field Desk Single. This version of the Tactical Field Desk is a single-tabletop, two-monitor personal workstation. Skydyne aims to keep the weight of this version to a one-man lift. And, Skydyne will equip each with a telescoping pull handle and wheels. This will allow the single mobile workstation to be wheeled around like a suitcase.

Komodo Monitor Stands

Skydyne also set up two Komodo Monitor Stands at the Noble show. Used as a media/video wall, these TV stands can be equipped with monitors from 55″-75″. When being stored and/or transported, each Komodo Monitor Stand folds and disassembles into a carrying bag, only weighing 35 lbs.!

Additionally, Skydyne shipped four 75″ TVs to the Noble TR/EX expo. As far as we know, Skydyne is the only company making TV cases that can be shipped horizontally (flat) via LTL freight and dropped 3-4 feet onto pavement while keeping the TVs in tact and the screens from breaking. Skydyne has been shipping the same 75″ TVs around the country for shows for over a year now without having one TV break!

MultiMode Collapsible Containers

Finally, Skydyne ships a majority of its show materials in its MultiMode collapsible container. MultiMode containers are a great way to load, unload, store, and transport equipment. MultiMode is an aluminum container that is made so that its cover and four walls are removable. The removable-wall design makes loading and unloading hassle-free. The user no longer has to lift heavy and/or large items over the container walls. Once removed, the walls stack neatly in the container’s base and the lid locks down onto that base making virtually a solid pallet. Each MultiMode base is manufactured with forklift tubes and can be equipped with handles and/or d-rings. Also, each MultiMode is lockable, weather-resistant, and comes in a variety of sizes and configurations. Some MultiMode containers fit within CONEX’s, Tricons, on 463L pallets, or are used independently.
