What if I can’t find the product I want?
No problem! Electronically send us any information (i.e., part numbers, description etc) you have regarding the product(s) you are interested in, or feel free to contact a Skydyne sales representative at 800-428-CASE. Don’t forget to check out our NSN directory for products you may have purchased before.

What are your terms & payment methods?
The Skydyne Company offers Net 30 terms to customers who provide proof of good credit history through credit references. We also accept EFT, ACH, and Visa and Mastercard Credit Card payments (please see attached PDF).
What are your shipping Methods?
If you have a shipping account number: perfect! We can bill directly to your carrier. If you prefer to have us choose a carrier for you, we will find a suitable shipping method and add the cost of shipment to your order.
Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes, we do. However, we will need a written/typed confirmation before we can process the order.
What if my goods come damaged?
THE SKYDYNE COMPANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Damage resulting from accidents or shipping damage.
- Damages incurred during transportation of the product.
- Damages incurred from attempts to modify or repair the product.
- Damages incurred by user carelessness, improper handling, or abuse of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Loss or misplacement of the product.

Are there price breaks for larger quantities?
Generally, the answer is yes. The larger the quantity, the lower the price per unit. If requested, a Skydyne sales representative would be happy to quote more than one quantity in order to demonstrate any available price breaks for the desired product.
